Dr. Telbert Glasgow

Dr. Telbert Glasgow has extensive experience in the Financial Services Industry. His experience spans both the Private and Public sectors. For many years he worked for the Nevis Island Government in Permanent Secretary capacities. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree from the University of Southampton in England; having completed undergraduate studies at the University of the West Indies in Barbados. He specializes in Financial Engineering and Risk Management.

Dr. Glasgow has participated in several seminars including Corporate Governance, World Trade Organization Trade Policy negotiations, Utilities Regulation and Sources & Uses of Funds in the Development Banking sector; and held Directorship positions in Banks and Light & Power companies. Dr. Glasgow has completed several courses in Anti-Money Laundering and Countering the Financing of Terrorism (AML/CFT). He is a member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP) and also a student member of the Society of Actuaries.

Dr. Pierfrancesco Colajacomo ACII

Dr. PierFrancesco Colajacomo is a qualified, and highly experienced risk management and risk finance professional, providing functional responsibility in international Insurance and ReInsurance Broker. He has been engaged in the risk profession for 37 years, holding varied positions both in an employed and a consulting capacity. He has extensive knowledge and skills, gained by operating in both non regulatory and regulatory environments. His commercial experience is drawn from a wide range of industrial, international and trade sector both in Italy, Europe and overseas. In addition, he has extensive experience in financial services, and is actively engaged in supporting professional and institute standard bodies. He started his career in Assitalia – Le Assicurazioni d’Italia Uk Branch (formerly Generali UK) in 1986 as Underwriter in Lime Street in front of Lloyd’s of London Building.
